- What is 925 silver?
Answer : Sterling silver or 925 silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals (usually copper).
In simple way pertaining to ornaments 925 silver ornament will be the one containing 92.5% pure silver.
- Is all your ornaments or jewelries are made of genuine 925 silver?
Answer : Yes , each of our pieces are either ethically manufactured with use of 925 sterling silver and are hallmarked with the same or are imported from the other countries due to great quality or finishing in products.
- Will silver, rose gold ,gold color or stones color will fade ?
Answer : We consider every piece as a lifelong emotional investment. With relatively minimal effort, your pieces can be cleaned, well‐cared for and safely stored to last you a lifetime. Cleaning your jewellery is easy and can be done from the comfort of your home. Care should be taken to prevent silver from getting tarnished. Simply do so, using a damp cloth, mild soap and water. Don’t forget to finish wiping it off with a polishing cloth. The best way to protect gemstones is preventive care. Try to avoid contact with face creams, lotions and other household chemicals. Use a lint-free cloth to wipe them clean from time to time. Jewellery use and care manual is given with every piece for further details and precaution.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURN RELATED :
- Is cash on delivery available? Can I make online payment at the time of delivery?
Answer : Yes , cash on delivery option is available above orders worth rs. 599. Also you can make online payment by simply asking the delivery executive for google pay scan code or upi id.
- In how many days my order will arrive ?
Answer : One can expect 5-7 days for your order to reach in case of normal condition. In case of any customized orders the smg silverzz executive will tell you the approx time of delivery.
- Can I return my product?
Answer : SMG Silverzzz DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry only. Please contact us by phone or by email at smgsilverzzz@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.
If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturer issue or for a ring sizing, you must first request a return number for your package. SMG Silverzzz is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from smgsilverzzz@gmail.com and ensure that your name, address and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
SMG Silverzzz will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7-day period. All items must arrive back in their original condition.
